Your access to and use of this website owned and operated by Kehla Guimond (the “Site”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms of Use and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and the Site are superseded and of no force or effect:

Ownership and Use of Content The Site and all content, videos, training materials, products, services, and other materials (the “Content”) are owned by Kehla Guimond (the “Company”) or its licensors and are for personal use only. No Content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for public or commercial purposes without express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

2. Intellectual Property All trademarks, images, and intellectual property on the Site are owned by or used with permission by the Company. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

3. Privacy Policy By using the Site, you agree to the Company’s Privacy Policy. We do not share personal information except as required by law or detailed in the Privacy Policy.

4. Refund & Service Policy By completing a purchase and checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm agreement to the following terms:

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable once accessed (includes logging in, downloading materials, attending a session, or watching a replay).

  • Applies to digital products, replays, live calls, coaching, guest presentations, and services.

  • Payment plans must be completed in full; missed payments may result in access suspension.

  • Chargebacks without prior contact are a breach of policy. We may revoke access and pursue legal action.

  • All access is tracked via timestamp and IP for verification.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information (e.g., birth time). No redos or refunds for incorrect details.

  • Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the product, not the client’s lifetime.

  • All content is non-transferable and may not be shared or resold.

  • By attending live sessions, you consent to recordings used within the original paid container.

  • For refund-related concerns, email [email protected]. Approved refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–10 business days.

5. Limitation of Liability The Site is provided “as is.” The Company makes no warranties and assumes no liability for your use. You are responsible for all consequences of accessing or using the Site.

6. Payment Terms You agree to pay all fees in a timely manner and acknowledge that all sales are final unless otherwise noted in the refund policy. Prices are subject to change without notice.

7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Legal matters will be resolved in British Columbia courts or through binding arbitration where specified.

8. Termination Clause The Company may terminate your access at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or behave in a way that is harmful or disruptive.

9. User-Generated Content and Contributions By submitting content, you grant the Company a royalty-free, irrevocable license to use it. The Company is not responsible for third-party content.

12. Disclaimer of Earnings There are no guarantees of income or success. Results depend on many factors beyond our control.

16. Program Participation Disclaimer Kehla G & Co hosts programs that involve group interaction. While we strive to maintain a safe and respectful space, we are not responsible for the conduct, words, or actions of other participants.

17. Technology Disclaimer Our services use third-party platforms (e.g., Kajabi, Zoom, Stripe). Kehla G & Co is not liable for outages, errors, or disruptions caused by these services. We will make reasonable efforts to restore or reschedule access when applicable.

18. Non-Disparagement Clients and users agree not to make public statements that defame, disparage, or otherwise damage the reputation of Kehla G & Co. Any concerns should be addressed directly via [email protected] for resolution.
