4. Refund Policy for Digital Products

At Kehla G & Co, we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality digital products and services.

Eligibility:

  • Refunds apply only to eligible digital products or services purchased directly through the Kehla G & Co website.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the request must be submitted within 24 hours of the purchase date, and proof of an issue with the product must be provided.
  • Products with downloadable content are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise on the checkout page.

Exclusions:

  • Refunds are not provided for:
    • Downloaded or used digital products.
    • Time spent coaching, as detailed in the Coaching Agreement between Coach and Client.

Process:

  • To request a refund, contact us at hello@kehlag.com with details of your purchase and the issue. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Resolution for Defects:

  • In cases of defects or errors in digital products, the Company will provide a resolution or replacement at no additional cost.
